In memory of Dad

Last year, before Father's Day, I thought I'd get Dad involved in the rum drinking. Since he wasn't much of a drinker, I thought I'd try something sweeter and lighter (so a Guyanese wooden pot still rum wouldn't be a good start), so I chose Pampero Aniversario. He wasn't feeling well at the time, so I knew he wouldn't drink alcohol, but I was hoping we could try it this year if his condition improved. Then Father's Day 2025 came around, but he didn't get any better. Never mind, I thought, next year. But with him, this tasting won't happen anymore.

Dad is already at God's feet, playing his guitar for the angels.

Dad, when my time comes, wait for me with a rum like this!
